KARSNER, GEORGE J., 74, of Safety Harbor, died Saturday (Oct. 12, 2002) at Tampa General Hospital. He was born in Philadelphia and came here in 1977 from Newtown Square, Pa. He had a long career in real estate. He was in the Army from 1946 to 1948 with the U.S. occupation forces in Japan.
Survivors include two sons, Douglas G., Bloomsburg, Pa., and Daniel W., Newtown Square; three daughters, Diane P. Heckman, Shippensburg, Pa., Darlene K. Collins, Pittsburgh, and Denise C. Tasick, East Stroudsburg, Pa.; a granddaughter; and a companion, Beverly N. Larson, Safety Harbor.
