Ron was a brick mason and was previously employed with L.G. Williams Masonry. He was known to tinker on motorcycles and automobiles, and enjoyed playing B.I.N.G.O.
Surviving are his wife, Dianna Lynn Breeden; sons, Tracey Breeden and wife, Stacey of Elkton and Travis Breeden and fiancé, Rebecca Shifflett of Roanoke; his daughter, Brooke Neff and husband, Dwight; step daughters, Missy Eppard and husband, Derik, Kenzie Fleisher and Emily Morris and fiancé, Eric Welcher, all of Elkton; brothers, Boyd Breeden of Elkton and Wayne Breeden and wife, Sharr of Port Republic; his sister, Faye Johnson and husband, Bobby of Port Republic; ten grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Pastor Carter Dean will conduct the funeral service 11am Thursday, August 7, 2014 at the Kyger Funeral Home Chapel in Elkton. Burial will follow in the Koontz Family Cemetery.
Visitation will be held this evening (Wednesday) from 7-9pm at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family, c/o the funeral home, to help with expenses.
