Gladyce C. Robinson, age 85, formerly of 1608 New York Avenue, Manitowoc died Monday, August 4, 2014 at Kindred Hearts.

Gladyce was born April 27, 1929 in Manitowoc daughter of the late Anton and Christina (Havlinek) Stipek. She attended schools in Manitowoc and graduated with the class of 1947 from Lincoln High School. On October 13, 1946 Gladyce married Charles R. Robinson at First Presbyterian Church. He preceded her in death on June 4, 2012. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Crafty Ladies and Church Deacons. She was also a member of Wisconsin Czechs, the American Legion Auxiliary Post #88 and was instrumental in the development and past treasurer of the Wisconsin Chapter of Tourette Syndrome Association.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law: Andy (Deb) Robinson, Manitowoc; one daughter: Mary Spors, Onalaska; four grandchildren: Vanessa (Mike) McGovert, Manitowoc; Cory (Tessa) Robinson, Manitowoc; Lindsey (Dylan) Low, Onalaska; Stephanie Spors, Onalaska; three great grandchildren: Lilica, Brynlee and Everett, other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband: Charles; one brother and sister-in-law: Louis (Mae) Stipek.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 7, 2014 at the First Presbyterian Church, 502 North 8th Street, Manitowoc. The Rev. Dr. Matthew L. Sauer will officiate with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. The Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home of Manitowoc is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
