Darryl Cole Mangles, age 69 of Perry passed away on Friday August 1, 2014. Funeral services will be held at Watkins Brothers Funeral Home in Perry on Thursday August 7, 2014 at 11:00 AM. Pastor Mike McDonald will officiate with burial to follow at Oak Plains Cemetery in Shaftsburg. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday 5-8 pm.
Darryl was born in Lansing, MI on November 4, 1944, the son of Edward & Juanita (Cole) Mangles. He received his master's degree from MSU in education. He worked for General Motors in Lansing as a relief man and retired from there. He served his country in the Army from 1966-1971.
