Terra Cotta
Two well known and highly respected residents of our Village were removed by death during the past week. On Friday, Mrs Joseph Coulter passed away after a long illness, and on Monday the home was again visited by death when Mr. Coulter, her husband who had been suffering from pneumonia died.
The late Mrs. Coulter was a woman of sterling character and during her residence in Glenwilliams and terra Cotta made a large circle of true friends. Her maiden name was Martha Cooper and she was born in Glenwilliams where she resided until her marriage to Mr.Coulter some twentyfive years ago, when she came to Terra Cotta. She was a member of the United Church. She is survived by one son, George of Toronto, also three sisters Mrs Joseph Beaumont, Glenwilliams, Mrs robt Scott, Acton, and Mary Cooper, Glenwilliams. The funeral took place Sunday afternoon when the remains were interred in Glenwilliams cemetery, the service being conducted by Rev. H. Caldwell.
