Casey Allen Dalton 19 passed away suddenly on Wednesday July 30, 2014 from injuries sustained in a car accident along with his cousin. Keegan William Spear. Casey grew up in Wiscasset and attended local schools from Kindergarten through high school.

Casey was a great athlete. He participated in baseball and soccer on rec, travel and school teams. Casey love basketball.A phenomenal ball handler and passionate player, he was more at home on the court then anywhere else. One of his proudest moments during his school basketball career was when he was part of the Wiscasset Busline League Championdship team. Casey enjoyed all types of music, especially that created by his brothers hip hip group ECC. He appreciated a nice pair of kicks, and a crisp clean ball cap. By his friends he was an avid fan of the a Boston Celtics and the New England Patriots. His love of pasta was unmatched. He had a quick wit, an infectious smile and was welcomed wherever he went.

Casey worked as a cook for restaurants in Boothbay Harbor. He aspired to attend culinary school. As his first job, Casey proudly worked for the Chewonki Foundation in Wiscasset. He was predeceased by his paternal grandmother, Mechelle Spencer, maternal grandfather, Capt. Bill Bibber and paternal grandfather, Richard Dalton Sr.

He is survived by father and step mother, Rick and Cyndy Dalton of Fort Myers Fl. Mother, Cheri Bibber of Boothbay. maternal grandmother, Polly Dalton of Wiscasset ME. Step grandparents, Terry and Susan Kimper of Naples Fl. brothers, Spencer Vogt of Wiscasset, Drew Bibber of Wiscasset, David Lee and wife Pamela of Damsriscotta Ryan Benner and wife Brittany Jones of Jacksonville Fl. Nicholas Fothergill and girlfriend Miranda Dumont of Yarmouth. Sisters, Sarah Manfredo of Owls Head, Lindsay Carman and husband Chris of New Gloucester, Nephews, Davian Sewall of Bath, Zayden Sidelinger of Bristol, Maxwell Lee of Damariscotta, Nieces, Briley Peterson of Jacksonville FL. Brooklyn Wilhelm of Owls Head.

Casey is also survived and will be sincerely missed by several loving aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends.

Family and friends gathered for visits on Saturday August 2, 2014 at the Hall Funeral Home 975 Wiscasset Road in Boothbay. A celebration of Casey's life was held at 2p.m. Sunday August 3, 2014 a the Wiscasset Community.] center Route 27, Wiscasset followed by a reception. Rev Robin Honaker lead the service. Burial was laid to rest at the Shepscot Cemetery on the Kings Hwy. in Sheepscot.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Casey's memory to Camp Susan Curtis 1321 Washington Avenue Suite 104, Portland ME. 04103.
