FAULKNER, Michael D. Born March 5, 1952 to Clem R. Faulkner and Bettyjeanne Faulkner Sudduth. A 1970 graduate of Middletown High School, Mr. Faulkner furthered his education by attending The Ohio State University where he earned a Bachelor's degree. Mr. Faulkner was employed by Western & Southern Insurance Co, an avid Middie and Buckeye fan, he loved to play chess, and he loved dogs. Passed away May 28, 2014 age 62. He leaves to cherish his memory, his brother James Faulkner, and step-brother Adam Reed Faulkner, and a host of other relatives and many friends. Friends may call Tuesday, June 3, 2014, from 11am until time of service 12noon at Hall-Jordan & Pretty Memorial Chapel, 918 S. Main St, Middletown, OH 45044, Rev. Dr. Melonie A. Valentine, Presiding.
