Minnie Gizinski, 91, of Kenesaw died Thursday, Nov. 30, 2000, at her home.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Jackson-Wilson Chapel in Kenesaw. The Rev. Earl Higgins will officiate. Burial will be at a later date in the Kenesaw Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, from 3 to 9 p.m. Sunday and from 9 a.m. until service time on Monday.

Mrs. Gizinski was born Aug. 27, 1909, in Sioux City, Iowa, to Gustave and Karen (Evensen) Martensen. She grew up in South Dakota and went to school in Tripp County, S.D.

She married Stephen F. Gizinski on Nov. 11, 1930, in South Dakota. The couple farmed in South Dakota and Nebraska most of their married life. They retired in 1974 to a small acreage in Glenvil and moved to Kenesaw in 1989.

She was a member of the Kenesaw Senior Citizens.

Survivors include two daughters, Frances (Mrs. Dave) Hunter of Kenesaw, and Dorothy (Mrs. Bernie) Puetz of Clarkson, Wash.; four sons, Kenneth of Kenesaw, Robert and Donald, both of Clarkson, Wash., and Larry of Grand Island; one
sister, Kay Cole of Parkston, S.D.; and one brother, Lloyd Martensen of San Marcos, Calif.; 13 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband; two brothers; and one sister.
