WILLIAM JANSSEN
William Janssen, 16, of 6595 South State street, a student at the Midvale junior high school, died in a local hospital Wednesday at 1:40 a.m. of meningitis.
Born in Midvale September 3, 1919 (headstone has wrong year), he was a son of Herman and Johanna Hollanderbaumer Janssen.
Surviving are his parents, brother, Herman, Jr.; four sisters, Helen, Elsie, Lillian and Evelyn Janssen, all of Midvale, and two grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Hollanderbaumer of Salt Lake City.
Graveside funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Midvale cemetery. Bishop Albert Glover of the East Midvale LDS Ward will preside.
