He was a member of the Trowell Lodge, and had received his 50 year pin.
He was a veteran of World War I, having served in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his wife, and several nieces and nephews.
His parents, four brothers, and two sisters preceded him in death.
Funeral service was November 11, 1987 at First Methodist Church in Marble Hill. Burial was in Baker Cemetery. Baker Funeral Home handles arrangements.
