WALLACE WALTER KLINE
Wallace was the son of German immigrants; Henrietta (Tressler) and John Kline.

On Dec 5, 1889 he married Julia Kathryn Wheatley daughter of Sarah Elizabeth (Willier) and John Quincey Wheatley. To this union was born; Winnifred Elizabeth, Ruby Henrietta, Neva Marie, Gladys Marguerite, Naomi Kathrine, Leo Francis, John Orville, Emma Olive, Delbert V, and Stewart William.

Wallace died 18 Oct 1913 in Muscatine, Iowa at the age of 59. After his death, his widow married Merle Ralph Middleton in 1916, they divorced later and she married Decora Pearson of New Boston in 1925.

The remains of Wallace Kline, who died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Winifred Tobias, in Muscatine were brought to Wapello Tuesday and buried in the family lot in the Wapello cemetery.

Mr. Kline lived here all his life until about four years ago, when the family moved to Muscatine. He was a member of a prominent pioneer family of Wapello and well Known by the old settlers.

He leaves a wife and nine children, all living in Muscatine.
