Dora Virginia Cook, 96, of Upper Tract, WV passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at her home.
She was born April 14, 1918 at Dorcas, WV and was the daughter of the late John Reel and Mary E. Parsons Reel.

She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her husband, Ted Cook on November 25, 1963. Also preceding her in death were three brothers, Leander Reel, William Reel, Charles Reel and four sisters, Violet Yankey, Anna Lee Hess, Louella Rogers and Nora Reel (her twin).

Teddy Cook of Brandywine, WV
Larry Cook of Upper Tract, WV
Six grandchildren -
Robert Cook, Rusty Pennington, Rodney Pennington, Rachel Pennington, Randy Cook and Mellisa Mullens
And seven great-grandchildren -
Dakota Cook, Kelsey Cook, Cassidy Mullens, Jasper Mullens, Lacey Jo Mullens, Colton Pennington, Hanna Pennington
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, July 18, 2014 in the chapel of the Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin with Rev. Stanley Kile officiating.

Interment will be at Cherry Hill Cemetery in Upper Tract.
Rick Reel, Joe Mullens, Robert Cook, Anthony Reel, Dakota Cook and Randy Cook will serve as her pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Thursday, July 17 at Kimble Funeral Home.
