Obituary
Donna F. Hugo Armstrong, 65, St. Augustine, passed away peacefully in her sleep on May 18, 2014 at the River Garden Hebrew Home after a 3 year battle with lung cancer. Donna was born in Phillips, TX and raised in Barnsdall, OK. After residing in seven states and two other countries, she and her husband moved to St. Augustine, where they have lived since 2009. Donna was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a homemaker, volunteer, and was an active member of The Village Church.
A celebration of her life will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday May 31, 2014 at First Baptist Mustang, 928 N. Mustang Road, Mustang, OK, 73064.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to either The (specify Lung Cancer) or to your local Hospice. A special thank you from the family is extended to the many friends, caregivers, and to Community Hospice who gave support in Donna's care throughout her battle with cancer.
She is survived by her husband, Billy Gene Armstrong, St. Augustine; two daughters, Stacie Renae Mendenhall (Bryce), Franklinton, NC, Stephanie Anne Hutchison (Todd), Aiea, Hawaii; mother, Clara Farrow (Billy), Bartlesville, OK; sister, Denise Pfeiff (Will), Broken Arrow, OK; grandchildren, Connor and Carson Mendenhall, Kathryn and Grace Hutchison.
St. Johns Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
