Bernice Gouge Geouge, age 70, of Pitman Road, the Penland Community passed away Tuesday, July 22,, 2014 at her residence.
Born on January 27, 1944 in Mitchell County, she was the daughter of the late Henry Lee and Marcella Sparks Gouge.
She was also preceded in death by her brother Allen Duncan.
Bernice enjoyed any time she got to spend in the out doors and crocheting. She was a member of the Bear Creek Baptist Church.
