Foy - Hampton.
A very pretty wedding was solemnized Wednesday at 9 o'clock A.M. in SS. Philip and James Catholic Church, when Miss Regina Foy, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Foy of Grant Street, became the bride of Parker L. Hampton of Louisville, Ky., the Very Rev. J.J. Brady officiating. The bride wore a gown of sand color georgette crepe, combined with lace, and carried a bouquet of butterfly roses and lilies of the valley. Mrs. J.F. Hayes, sister of the bride, was matron of honor and wore a gown of buff poiret twill, and carried sweet-heart roses. Charles Foy, brother of the bride served as Mr. Hampton's best man. During the ceremony, Miss Mary Bolden sang, "I Love You Truly."
Following the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served at the home of the bride's parents to a few immediate friends and relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Hampton will reside in Wilkinsburg after November 1st.
The bride was born and reared in Meyersdale, and is a very charming, and talented young lady. She was soloist in SS. Philip and James church for several years before going to Pittsburgh where she has been living for two or three years. She has a host of friends here whose best wishes go with her in her new home.

Mrs. C.F. Enoch
Mrs. Regina R. Enoch, wife of Cornelius F. Enoch, St. Petersburg, Fla., died at a hospital there Friday, Feb. 7 at 11 a.m. She had been hospitalized for three weeks. The Enochs were former residents of Meyersdale before moving to Florida in November 1961, due to the failing health of Mrs. Enoch.
Mrs. Enoch, 63, was born in Meyersdale, Oct 18, 1900, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel G. Foy, both deceased. She attended Meyersdale high school and was an employee of Bell Telephone Co. for many years in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. After the death of her first husband, Parker T. Hampton, in May 1941, Mrs. Enoch moved to Meyersdale to live with her mother, Mrs. Foy who died last June.
Upon her return to Meyersdale she worked as a practical nurse at Hazel McGilvery Hospital. Later she accepted a job in the local telephone office of General Telephone, but retired about 12 years ago.
She was married to Cornelius "Con" Enoch in November 1947, who survives, along with a nephew whom she adopted, Jack L. Hampton, a resident of Washington D.C.
She is also survived by the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Maude M. Rumgay and Cecelia L. Weller, Meyersdale; Estelle M. Scanlon, Anaheim, Calif.; George L. Foy, and Charles E. Foy, Meyersdale; John L. Foy, Northfield, N.J. and many nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Enoch was a member of St. Jude's Catholic Church, St. Petersburg, from where she was buried at requiem mass at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 11. Funeral arrangements were in charge of Brett's Funeral Home and interment was in Woodlawn cemetery, both in St. Petersburg.
