Clara Frankenburg, wife of Dr. Hal Andrus, died at her home here in Caldwell, June 13th, of consumption. She had been in failing health for some months, but in all her sufferings she exhibited that patient trust and fortitude that characterizes the good woman. She leaves to mourn her loss a husband, two little boys, a father, several sisters, and a brother. She was born in Columbus, Ohio, in October 1861. In September 1880 she was married to Dr. Hal Andrus and has been a devoted wife and mother, a kind neighbor and true friend. She will be greatly missed by her family and a large circle of relatives and friends. But their loss, we trust, is her eternal gain. The funeral services were conducted at the family residence by Rev. A.K. McCall and her remains were tenderly laid to rest in Olive cemetery Friday morning.
