Texas Eugene "Tex" Henderson, 70, of Paducah died at 1 p.m. Wednesday at his home.

Mr. Henderson was a mechanic. He was a member of Southland Baptist Temple.

He is survived by his wife, Francis Jackson Henderson; a daughter; Bonnie Ladd of Paducah; two sons, Sherman Henderson of Paducah and Larry Henderson of Phoenix; seven brothers, Houston Henderson of Hickory, Brent Henderson and Gary Henderson, both of Paducah, Tony Henderson of Ledbetter, Dallas Henderson of Michigan, Ray Henderson of Mississippi and Charles Henderson of El Paso, Texas; four sisters, Jenny Herdon of Illinois, Beverly Henderson and Diana Spears, both of Paducah, and Carolyn Mathis of Melber; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grand-children; and several nieces and nephews.

His parents were Cyrel and Imogene Hailey Henderson.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Harold Council will officiate.
