WALTERBORO - Services for James Billy "Rock" Hartley, 67, will be held at 11 a.m. today at the Chapel of Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington, conducted by the Rev. David Anderson and the Rev. Jack B. Padgett, with burial in Woodridge Memorial Park.
Mr. Hartley died Thursday, May 4, 2000. Born in Salley, he was a son of the late Matthew J. and Maude Chavis Hartley. He was a U.S. Army veteran and was retired from Utilities Construction Company. He was a member of Maple Cane Baptist Church of Cottageville.
