Graveside services for Pauline Harp Baker, 92, of Dallas will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Abernathy Cemetery with the Rev. David Floyd-Harp officiating.

Local arrangements are under the direction of Abell Funeral Home of Abernathy.

A memorial service was held Dec. 30 in Dallas.

She died Monday, Dec. 25, 2000, at her home.

She was born July 30, 1908, in Abernathy. She attended Science Hill School and graduated from Plainview High School. She attended Texas Woman's University in Denton. She was employed by General Electric Company in Fort Worth prior to moving to Washington, D.C.

She was a purchasing agent for the Bureau of Reclamation Department of Interior for 30 years before retiring in 1970. After retirement, she returned to Texas, living first in Lubbock, then Dallas. She married Russell Dean Baker in 1975. He died in 1988.

Survivors include a niece and two nephews.
