ANTON TIKALSKY

Anton Tikalsky, 84, a retired Town of Maple Grove (Manitowoc County) farmer, died Wednesday evening at his farm home about four miles west of Reedsville.

Born Oct. 17, 1874, on the same Maple Grove farm where he spent his entire life, he was a son of the late Mathias and Antonia Dvorachek Tikalsky.He married Mary Spatchek at St. Mary Catholic Church in Reedsville, Feb. 3, 1903.
Mr. Tikalsky was a member of the Holy Name Society of St. Mary Parish.

Surviving are his wife; four sons, Joseph of Sheboygan, John on the home farm, Stephen of Green Bay and Roman of Brillion; two daughters, Mrs. John (Carrie) Wallander of Sheboy phia) (sic) Wenzel of Potter; 22 gan (sic) and Mrs. Benjamin (sic) grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Joseph Kerner of Wrightstown.
A brother, three sisters, three grandchildren and a daughter-in-law preceded him in death.

The requiem Mass will be at 9 a.m. Saturday at st. Mary’s Church, Reedsville, with the Rev. William Koutnik, pastor celebrant. Mass will follow 8:45 family rites at the Reedsville Funeral Home. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 p.m. Friday. The Holy Name Society will recite the rosary there at 8:30 p.m. Friday.
