LEONA BURICH

Leona A. Burich, age 90, formerly of 425 Menasha Street in Reedsville, passed away on January 2, 2013 at Brillion Westhaven.

Leona was born on September 9, 1922 in the village of Reedsville, daughter of the late August and Lydia (Jentsch) Bratz. She married Adolph Burich on June 6, 1942 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Reedsville. Leona helped her husband on the family farm until his retirement. She also played cards, gardened, and enjoyed spending time with her family. Leona was a member of Holy Family Parish
and was a 50 year member of the Christian Mothers and Ladies sodality.

Leona is survived by her siblings and in-laws (private); nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
She is preceded by her parents, her husband, her siblings and in-laws: Hildagard (Gilford) Schultz, John Bratz, Clarence Kolberg, Herbert Maas, Lucille (Ralph
Bubolz and John Wagner) Bubolz-Wagner, Harold (Helen) Bratz, Oscar Bratz, and other in-laws.
Funeral Mass will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 4, 2013 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Brillion. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. Timothy Brandt with burial in St. Mary Cemetery, Reedsville.
Friends may call at the church on Friday morning from 9:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. Funeral Mass will take place at 11:00 a.m.
