WYOMING Mrs. Harold A. (Olive) Deischer died Tuesday at John McDonald hospital, Monticello, after being a patient there two weeks.
Funeral services will be held today (Thursday) at 2 p.m. from the Goettsch Funeral home in Monticello. Burial will be made at Oakwood cemetery. The Rev. Wayne Norris, pastor of the Wyoming Presbyterian church, will officiate. Olive Hannah Cramer was born Jan. 31, 1889 near Monticello, the daughter of Archibald and Orpah Smith Cramer. She attended the Jones county rural schools and graduated from the Monticello school with the class of 1908. She attended Kearney State Teachers college at Kearney, Neb. after which she taught in rural schools in Jones county.
She was married to Harold Deischer Feb. 25, 1914. They farmed near Monticello until five years ago when they moved to Wyoming. They celebrated their golden wedding anniversary earlier this year. She was a member of the Wyoming Presbyterian church and the D.A.R.
Survivors include her husband Harold, one son Allen and one daughter, Mrs. John (Margaret) Eichhorn, both of Wyoming, and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and three sisters.
Pallbearers will include Robert Spahr, Bruce Reade, Kenneth Howie,James McLaughlin, Delmar King and Fred Kromminga.
