Born in Michigan on Dec. 7, 1916, she was the daughter of Verna (Stevenson) and William Sharpe.
Her husband, William Wendorf, preceded her in death in 1979.
Surviving are two daughters, Patricia Hanna and Donna Mercer, both of Bryan; two stepdaughters, Dorris Smith of Angola, Ind., and Betty Speaker of Coldwater, Mich.; five stepsons, WIlliam Wendorf, Jr. of Coldwater, Mich., Danny Wendorf of Bryan, Larry Wendorf of RFD2, Edon, Durwood Sickels of Lake James, Ind., and RIchard Sickels of Coldwater, Mich.; a brother, Asa Sharpe of Coldwater, Mich.; two sisters, Alice Callahan of Coldwater, Mich., ans Maggie Barton of Batle Creek, Mich.; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Kundard Funeral Home, Edon, with the Rev. Jack Smith officiating. Burial will be in Brown Cemetery.
Calling will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Preferred memorials are to the American Diabetes Society.
