Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday March 19, 2003 at St. Peter the Fisherman Parish, Holy Redeemer Site, Two Rivers. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. William O’Brien with burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers.
Irene was born on Nov. 18, 1913 in Two Rivers, daughter of the late Edward and Rose Colling LeClair. She married Stanley Lachowicz on June 22, 1940 at St. Luke Catholic Church, Two Rivers.
Survivors include her husband, Stanley, two daughters and sons-in-law; Nancy and Dale Yakoubek, Two Rivers and Judith and Robert Freiboth, Manitowoc, six grandchildren; Rob (Jean) Yakoubek, Scott (Rachel) Yakoubek, Becky (Mike) Skornicka, Mark Yakoubek, Dave (Linda) Freiboth, Jason (Lori) Freiboth, eight great grand-children; Ryne, Cal, Bo, Scott, Sammy, Jacob, Mikayla, Calvin, three sisters and two brothers-in-law; Lorraine Miller, Manitowoc, Joan and Daniel Paulow, Two Rivers, Carol and Delmar Meisner, Two Rivers, four brothers and six sisters-in-law; Edward and Iris LeClair, Arizona, Reuben and Vi LeClair, Daniel and Irene Leclair, Gerald and Lois LeClair, Ethel Leclair, Ruth LeClair, all of Two Rivers, one sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Helen and Michael Del Balso, Florida. Many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. Irene was also preceded in death by two brothers; Elmer and Hilary, one brother-in-law, Elmer Miller.
The family will greet relatives and friends from noon until the time of service at 2 p.m. on Wednesday March 19, 2003 at St. Peter the Fisherman Parish, Holy Redeemer Site, Two Rivers.
