Joseph Carpenter Anderson, age 47, of Rock Hill, SC, died Monday, February 10, 1992, at his home.

A native of Sumter, SC; son of James Barber Anderson (1906–1992) and Fannie Catherine Carpenter Anderson (1912–2002); husband of Lynn McCall Anderson; husband of Mary Lynn McCall Price Anderson Ranes (1943–2022), married in 1976.

A member of Woodland United Methodist Church, controller with Tropical Fruit & Nut, was a member of the S.C. and N.C. Association of CPA's, and was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War.

Also survived by his daughters, Sherree Anderson McCall and Christy Anderson Price; son, Kevin Joseph Anderson; and brother, Jim Anderson.

Visitation was held from 7:00 - 9:00 pm, Tuesday, February 11, 1992, at Bass Funeral Home.

Services were held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, February 12, 1992, at Woodland United Methodist Church by Rev. Cooper Stonestreet and Rev. Jim Hyatt; burial in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
