Services for Alva Otis Todd, 55, Greenville, Ala., formerly of Bloomington, who died Thursday at his residence, will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Allen Funeral Home, with the Rev. Kiah Rayl officiating. Burial will be in Clear Creek Cemetery.
Born Nov. 9, 1924, in Bloomington, he was the son of Loba and Elizabeth (Dewar) Todd.
He was a retired stone mill worker, and was a veteran of World War II. He attended the Assembly of God Church, Bloomington.
Surviving are one son, Roger, Bloomington; five brothers, Wayne and Lloyd, Smithville, Floyd, James, and Gilbert, all of Bloomington; four sisters, Opal Butcher, Dorothy Hazel, and Burl Dick, all of Bloomington, and Thelma Sipes, Columbus; and two granddaughters.
Friends may call at the funeral home 4 to 9 p.m. today.
