She was also preceded in death by brother Bill Rhoads and sisters Rosemary Peterman and Florence Handy.
She was a 1940 graduate of Crawfordsville High School.
She worked at Western-Southern Insurance and retired from there.
Memberships include East Side Baptist Church, the D.A.R., Montgomery County Historical Society, Geneology Club of Montgomery Co, and Eastern Star.
Service 2pm Saturday, July 5 at Burkhart Funeral Home with Rev. Ken Majors officiating. Visitation noon until time of service.
