Carl Sanford Frost, age 89, of Rockvale, TN died Friday, June 27, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roscoe and Nan Holton Frost; his brothers, Ernest Ray and William Alvin Frost; his sister, Jean Marie Toombs; and his children, Carl Michael Frost and Tina Carlene Frost.

Funeral service will be 11:00am Tuesday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel in Murfreesboro with Brother Darrel Whaley, Brother Ben Martin and family members officiating.
Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery, Rockvale, TN.

Mr. Frost was born in Williamson County, TN on May 6, 1925. He was raised on a farm and loved the country. He graduated from Eagleville High School, Eagleville, TN in 1943. He was in the Army during World War II serving in Germany and Austria. Mr. Frost was a member of Eagleville Baptist Church and was retired from AVCO.
He spent many years singing with his brothers in the Frost Brothers Gospel Quartet. He was a hard working man with an entrepreneurial spirit which led to the creation of Voyager Canoe Livery, Voyager Real Log Homes, New England Log Homes and most recently Carl's All Purpose Seasoning. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, spending time with family and a good revival meeting.
