Eli Joe was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, a member of Kulli Tuklo United Methodist Church and had been a resident of Idabel for the past 20 years moving from California. He was a San Francisco 49ers fan, loved fishing and gospel singing.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father, two brothers, Steven Frazier and David Frazier and one sister, Fannie LaSarge.
Eli Joe leaves to cherish his memory one son, Norman Samuels of Mississippi; one daughter, Linda Underwood, Ross; three brothers and two sisters in-law, Jimmy and Henrietta Frazier, Broken Bow, James “Chun” and Amaryallis Frazier, Indiahoma, and Benny Frazier, Idabel; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Madeline Jessie, Garland, Texas, Anna and Paul Stephan and Mary and James McClure all of Idabel; one sister-in-law, Naomi Frazier, Houston, Texas; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
