Shirley Irene Clabaugh, age, 78, of Green Cove Springs, Florida passed away June 2, 2014 at Governor's Creek Health and Rehab with her loving family by her side. She was born March 15, 1936 in Streator, Illinois to Earl Everett Puffer and Lorena May Evans Puffer. Shirley is preceded in death by her husband of 26 years, Dale Clabaugh, her parents, and her sister, Nancy Volk.
In her earlier years, Shirley lived in Ft. Lauderdale, where she and Dale met and married. While a resident of Ft. Lauderdale, she was a member of Lauderdale Lake Moose Lodge. Shirley and Dale then moved to Keystone Heights where they resided until Dale's passing. After Dale's passing, she moved to Jacksonville. While living in Jacksonville, Shirley was a member of Murray Hill Baptist Church. She resided in Jacksonville until moving to Green Cove Springs in 2012.
Shirley is survived by her daughters, Debbie Sileo and Donna (Tim) Davis; her brother, Jimmy Puffer; her four grandchildren and her six great grandchildren.
