Jimmy was born to August "Gus" W. Frisch and Eleanor Mary Casey Frisch. His paternal grandparents were Werner August Frisch and Thyra M. Frisch. His siblings were Werner, Elinor, August Jr. (Buddy), Allen, Mary, Annie, William (Bill), Edna, Roberta and Bobby. When he was 4 years old, he was hit by a city bus on his brother's birthday (Oct 5, 1950), and left to die by the nuns in the hospital since he was so ill. (He had suffered a brain injury.) His mother took him home and nursed him back to health (he was in a coma for 5 years). Sadly, he died young by wading into the Delaware River with braces on his legs and drowning. He is loved and deeply missed by all.

Frisch, brother of Mrs Eleanor Gill, Mr. August W. Frisch, Jr., Mrs Mary Gannon, Mr. William P. Frisch, Mrs Edna Elberson, Mr. Allen Frisch, and Mrs Roberta Helt. Relatives and friends are invited to his funeral Mon., 8am Richard A. McGoldrick Funeral Home cor. 65th st. & Paschall Ave. High Requiem Mass 10 am St. Gregory’s RC Church Phila. Int. Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends may call Sun Eve. After 7pm.
