Mrs. Edward Redeker, of 1915 Emmett Street, Two Rivers, died at her home Sunday morning at the age of 53. She had undergone surgery earlier this month.

Funeral services will be held at the St. John Lutheran church, Two Rivers, at 2 p.m. Wednesday, with the Rev. Frederic H. Zarling officiating. Burial will be in Forest View cemetery.

Mrs. Redeker, the former Ella Duesing, was born in town of Franklin, Kewaunee county, in 1897. She was married to Edward Redeker in Gibson in 1922. The family moved to Two Rivers in 1926.

Surviving are the husband; a daughter, Mrs. Harold Buvid of Two Rivers; a son, Howard at home; the mother, Mrs. Amanda Duesing of Grand Rapids, Mich.; two sisters, Mrs. Louis Kusserow of Milwaukee and Mrs. Alvin Kanter of Manitowoc; a brother Omar Duesing of Grand Rapids; and a grandchild.

Friends may call at the Beduhn, Deja and Martin Inc., funeral home, Two Rivers, from 2 p.m. Tuesday until 11 a.m. Wednesday when the casket will be moved to the St. John Church, to lie in state until time of services.
