Evalina Nora Barrett (Green) is the daughter of Norman Joseph Barrett and Charlotte Ellinor Barrett. She married William Charles Green June 7, 1893. She died early in life for cause unknown possibly child birth? She had one child Lottie Pearl Barrett (Green) Gibbs. However new info is showing a baby brother who passed per a relative's report. Her parents raised and adopted Lottie from ages of 5-18 until she married.

Here is the record when Lottie Pearl was married at age 18. William C. Green is listed as her father and Eva is listed as his wife, but I have not found a marriage record for Green & Eva yet. I would think that if her grandparents adopted Lottie, different names would have been used on Lottie's marriage document. And, then again, perhaps the family kept her birth father's name for Lottie's sake. Her mother did die when Lottie was only about 9 months old and in those days, a young father often went on with his life & the girl's parents took care of the baby.
