Steve Bradley Craig, 50, of Kannapolis, died Sunday, May 2, 2004, at the home of a sister after six months of declining health. Born Oct. 7, 1953, in Mooresville to the late Ambrie Rudolph Craig and Willie Mae McLain Craig Overcash, he was formerly employed with Pillowtex in Kannapolis. Mr. Craig was a member of the Kannapolis Church of God.

Survivors include a daughter, Marcella Goble of Mooresville; a son, Joshua Craig of
Salisbury; a stepdaughter, Secily Fagan of Salisbury; two sisters, Jennie Craig Wyrick of Kannapolis and Myra Craig Bentley of Rockwell; a brother, Hank Williams Craig Sr. of Kannapolis; two grandchildren, Addison Goble and Brittany Ewing; and a number of nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. today, Wednesday, May 5 at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Sam Crisp officiating. Burial will be at West Lawn Memorial Park, China Grove. Memorials may be made to the Kannapolis Church of God, 2211 West A Street, Kannapolis, NC 28081.
