Obituary:

WILES, INEZ OZBOLT, "NANNY INEZ", age 81, of McDonald Chapel, went to be with the Lord. She was born in Oneonta, Alabama. She was a warm, caring and loving person, with a wonderful personality and eyes that would warm your heart. She loved life and loved to spend time with her friends and family. She had lived in Birmingham for more than 65 years. She was a retired cashier of 27 years with A & P in Fairfield. She was a member of Saint Anthony's Catholic Church for many years. In 1986, she became a member of Wylam Baptist Church. While at Wylam, she was a Sunday School teacher, member of the choir, taught GA's and worked with the WMU. Outside of the church, she was the manager of the McDonald Chapel Senior Citizen Club for two and one half years.

She is survived by her son Phillip Ozbolt (Ginny), her daughter, Kay Graveman (James), both of Birmingham, one stepdaughter, Pat Smith of Hayden, four grandchildren, Rita Little (Thomas), David Graveman (Kasondra), Phil Ozbolt (Sonya) and Craig Ozbolt all of Birmingham, six step grand-children, Bo Lamar (Renee), Doug Lamar (Melissa) and Susan Eberhart (Pat), all of Birmingham, Robin Sullivan, Mark Dunlap, of Birmingham, Susan Roper of California, 21 great grandchildren, two sisters, Judy Dilick (Vince) of PA, Cindy Law (Ray) of PA, one brother, Wesley Boyd of Ohio, sisters-in-law, Doris Johnson (Thomas) and Annie Bradley, both of Birmingham, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. She was a blessing to us all and will truly be missed. Her spirit will live on in all of us.

Funeral services will be on Tuesday, June 15, 2004, 10 a.m., at Brown-Service Funeral Home with Rev. Pete Blair officiating. Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from on Monday evening from 5:30 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers: Thomas Little, David Graveman, Phil Ozbolt, Joseph Ozbolt, Arlon Little and Justin Graveman.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that all donations be sent to Comfort Care Hospice, 1247 Montevallo Road, Alabaster, AL 35007, or to the American Cancer Society.

Brown Service West Chapel is directing.
