Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Baue Funeral Home, 620 Jefferson Street, St. Charles. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be Oak Grove Cemetery, 2700 West Clay Street, St. Charles.
Among survivors are his son, Matthew Cunningham of Cuba, Mo.; his father, Gerald Perkins of Steedman, Mo.; his mother, Janice Baynes of Moscow Mills; three brothers, Jason Perkins, Jeffrey Perkins and Joseph Perkins, all of St. Charles; two sisters, Leah Perkins and Melissah Perkins, both of St. Charles; grandparents, John O. and Mary Lou Perkins and Bob and Alma Hawkins, all of St. Charles; grandmother, Phyllis Wilson of Tulsa, Okla.; and grandfather, Tom Wilson of Padre Island, Texas.
