Nancy Adams Jarratt of Inverness Services for Nancy Adams Jarratt, 87, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 23, at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 337 Ridge Road, Barrington Hills. Inurnment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Barrington. Mrs. Jarratt died Oct. 10, 2010, at Sunrise of Barrington. Mrs. Jarratt was born June 25, 1923, in Norman, Okla., and was a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, where she was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma. She married her husband Pat on Nov. 4, l945. She was a member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church and was a faithful friend to many. She was the mother of Pat (Marie) Jarratt of Rancho Murieta, Calif., Nancy (Michael) Loring of Palatine and Susan (Guy) Zajonc of Spokane, Wash; loving grandmother of Jessica (Odie Miller) Jarratt, Jennifer (Jeff) Yamin, Brian (Jennifer) Loring, Kevin (Jennifer) Loring and Timothy Loring, Taylor (Andrea) Zajonc and Austen Zajonc; and proud great-grandmother of Neely and Beckett Miller, Trevor, Brady and Chase Yamin and Annie, Jack and Charlotte Loring and Stella Loring. She is also survived by her sisters-in-law, Dorothea Dukes of Cincinnati and Theodosia Adams of Pinehurst, N.C.; brother-in-law, William (Kay) Jarratt of Shreveport, La.; as well as many dear nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Pat, who passed away July 24, l997; parents, Arthur and Louise Adams; and her brothers and sisters. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name would be appreciated at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 337 Ridge Road, Barrington Hills, IL 60010; Smile Train, 41 Madison Ave., New York, NY 10010 or the American Red Cross, 2200 W.
