Kenneth Edward Horsley
Kenneth Edward "Jack" Horsley, 45, Topeka, was found dead Monday, Dec. 6, 1993, at his home.
Mr. Horsley worked at Duffens Optical. He had served in the Marines during the Vietnam War.
He was born Aug. 26, 1948, in Topeka, the son of Kenneth E. and Juanita Elizabeth Black Horsley. He lived about 10 years in New York City before he moved with his family to Topeka.
He was married to Gail P. Petterson. They were divorced.
Survivors include a sister, Karen Kaye Bailey, Topeka.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today at Mount Hope Cemetery. Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

According to information sent by his ex-wife, Jack was married for the first time on September 15, 1969, in San Diego. He was 21; she was 16. They divorced December 2, 1971. They had a son together, but Jack was estranged from them. After his ex-wife remarried, their son was adopted, with Jack's consent, by her second husband.
She also said that he was at MCRD San Diego Ca before being transferred to Hawaii in 1969, where he was a Sgt. in the Marine Corp. He was stationed Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay. Jack was proud to be a member of the Military Police.
