ROBERT R. NICHOLS, 43, 713 Salem Avenue, died at the Perry Point VA Hospital on Thursday. He was born in Hagerstown, the son of Grace L. Mowen Nichols and the late Elmer Nichols.
He was a veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of the American Legion Post of Williamsport.
Besides his mother he is survived by five sisters; Mrs. Ruth Angle, Mrs. Loretta Rhyne and Mrs. Linda Newlin, all of Hagerstown; Mrs. Susan Obbits, Williamsport and Mrs. Doris Weller, Mercersburg, PA; three brothers, John M. Nichols, State Line, Pa., Harold Nichols and Roy H. Nichols, both of Hagerstown.
Services were held at the Coffman Funeral Home; burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery.
