Mrs. Sara Frances Farmer Duren, age 91, of Commerce, Georgia died Saturday, June 14, 2014 at Hillhaven Nursing Home. She was born in Nicholson, Georgia to the late Thomas Martin Kesler and Emma Lou Perry Kesler. She was a member of Antioch United Methodist Church. She retired from Blue Bell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband Olin Farmer and her second husband Emmett S. Duren.
She is survived by her three sons, Larry Farmer and Leon Farmer both of Nicholson, Georgia and Jerry Farmer of Carlton, Georgia; and one daughter, Sara Ann Nelms of Nicholson Georgia. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 AM, Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at the Antioch United Methodist Church with Rev. Troy Herbert officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
