Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Entz, Huron, who died Friday in St. John's Hospital, are scheduled at 2 p.m. Monday at Bethesda Mennonite Brethren Church. The Rev. A.J. Sawatsky will officiate. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery north of Yale. The body will lie in state at the church from 1 to 2 pm. The casket will not be opened following services.
Friends may call the Aaseth Funeral Home Sunday afternoon or evening.
Anna Tschetter was born Nov. 10, 1877, at Bridgewater, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Tschetter. She married Jacob Entz in February 1902 at Bridgewater. They came to Beadle County in 1907 and lived near Yale. In 1919 they moved to Onida. They returned to Beadle County in 1936 and resided near Yale until his death in 1952 when Mrs. Entz moved to Huron to make her home with her daughter, Rebecca.
She was a member of the Bethel Mennonite Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Rebecca and Mary, Mrs. Joe W. Glanzer, Huron; five sons, David and Jacob, both of Huron; Joseph, Dinuba, Calif.; John, Reedley, Calif.; Sam In Germany; 11 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; one brother, John M. Tschetter, and one sister, Mrs. Joe B. Glanzer, both of Huron.
