Myrle Snyder Burrows, age 100, a wonderful, sweet, compassionate spirit, left this earth on December 31, 1994, for a joyful reunion with her loving husband and dear ones gone before.

Born August 4, 1894 in Park City, Utah to Sextus Fullmer and Mary Petersen Snyder. Raised in Holladay and Salt Lake City, Utah. A graduate of Stevens-Henager College of Business. Married Lewis Lowder Burrows, June 19, 1912; later Solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, April 27, 1931. She was a member of the LDS Church holding numerous leadership positions during her lifetime. She volunteered as a Pink Lady for the LDS Hospital for twenty years, receiving her 3000 hour pin at the age of 91.She is survived by: Vera (John) Kocherhans, Lucille (Hyrum) Smith, Don (Goldy), Grant (Naomi), Duane (Beverly), Reid (Norma), Gail (Shirley) Burrows, Joyce Miller; and one sister, Alta Boll. Preceded in death by husband, a daughter, Bevis Oviatt and a son, Wesly.

She remains the heart and light of her extended family consisting of ten children, 35 grandchildren, 108 great-grandchildren, 92 great-great-grandchildren. We will all miss her greatly.

A special thank you to a very special granddaughter, Peggy Cutler, who provided for her grandmother's needs with loving care and devotion enabling her grandmother to live the last weeks of her life in the home she loved.

The family wishes to thank the health care aides for their kind help and support.

Funeral services Thursday, January 5, 1995 at 12 noon at the Larkin Chapel, 260 East South Temple, where friends may call Wednesday 6:30-8:30 p.m. and Thursday one hour prior to services. Interment at Holladay Memorial Park, 4900 Memory Lane.
