PEKIN~ Tammy Lynn Nash, 42 of Pekin passed away at 2:40 p.m. Monday, June 9, 2014 at her home.
She was born December 11, 1971 in Peoria to David E. and Diana I. (Henricks) Nash.
Surviving are her mother of Pekin; three sons, Michael A. Robison, Devin T. Robison and Anthony S. Robison, all of East Peoria; one sister, Melissa Ann Nash of Mapleton and nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Tammy was preceded in death by her father on June 4, 2012 in Pekin.
She had worked for Doors Home Healthcare as a caregiver for in home care. She had also worked for the BP Gas Station in Mapleton and then in Groveland.
Tammy was a wonderful single parent who liked to go ride go-karts, stock car races, country music concerts and fishing. She also loved cooking and baking.
Her memorial service will be Friday, June 13, 2014 at 2 p.m. at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. Rev. Lauren Padgett will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial of ashes will be in Lakeside Cemetery in Pekin.
