MRS. MINNIE ENGLE, RESIDENT SINCE 1863 DIES AT FAMILY HOME
Mrs. Minnie Engle pioneer resident of this county since 1863 died at the home of her daughter Mrs. Fred Tomaschefsky, Twenty-first street, yesterday morning at 8:15. Death was due to old age and followed sickness of several years duration.
Mrs. Engle was born in Germany Feb. 16th, 1838 and came to this country in 1862.
She is survived by three children Mrs. Fred Tomaschefsky of this city, Mrs. Clara Belz of Manitowoc and Van J. Engel of this city. One sister and a brother also survive her. They are Mrs. Henry Willert of this city and John Benzow.

The funeral will be held from the home of Mrs. Fred Tomaschefsky
Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. Hawkes officiating.

Engel
and Minnie Engel as administratrix of the estate of Chas. Engel deceased
and
Valentine Engel and Clara Engel, infants and surviving heirs of Chas. Engel
deceased and Robert Engel and Ella Tomascheski (sic) formerly Ella Engel,
daughter of Chas. Engel deceased, defendants.
Notice is hereby given that by virtue of and pursuant to a judgment of
foreclosure
and order of sale made and entered in the above entitled actions on the
26th day
of June A.D., 1893 the undersigned as sheriff of the county of
Manitowoc, will sell
at public auction to the highest and best bidder, for cash at the
sheriff's office
in the court house in the city and county of Manitowoc, Wisconsin on the
eleventh
day of August A.D, 1894 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon of that day, to
pay the
amount adjudged to the plaintiffs for principal, interest, taxes, and
costs, the
premises described in said judgment as follows to-wit:
The north one half of the south west quarter of the south west quarter,
less one
and one half acres in the south west corner thereof (for decription see
deed) and
the north west quarter of the south west quarter, all in section number
eighteen
(18) township number twenty-one (21), north of range number twenty-four
(24) east,
in Manitowoc county and state of Wisconsin in all fifty-eight (58 1/2)
and one-half
acres of land more or less according to government survey.
