Mrs. Pauline Edge Shelton, 76, of Canton, passed away on Monday, June 9, 2014 at Northside Hospital Cherokee.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at the Sosebee Memorial Chapel with Pastor Larry Martin and Pastor Faye Martin officiating. Interment will follow in Macedonia Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 11 am until 8 pm and Wednesday from 10 am until the funeral hour at the funeral home.
Mrs. Shelton was a member of the Souls Harbor Word of Faith.
Mrs. Shelton was preceded in death by her grandson Kevin Moorehead. Survivors include her husband, Bobby Shelton of Canton; children, Marie (Joey) Turner of Canton, Daisy (Earnest) Morrehead of Canton; step-children, Micheal Shelton, Tonny Shelton, Thomas Shelton, Doug Shelton, Shannon Shelton all of Canton, and Barbara Shelton of Emerson; sisters, Jewell Sims and Louise England both of Canton and Willine Clevenger of Marble Hill; brothers, William Kelley and Paul Albert Kelley both of Canton; grandchildren, Stephanie Moorehead, Corrin Pitts, and Mieren Pitts all of Canton.
