Born in Waushara County June 1, 1893, he was the son of Rudolph and Pauline Kapp. He was educated at Richford. A retired farmer who lived at Richford, he resided the last five months in Ripon. He married Lena Harke June 14, 1914.
Mr. Kapp is survived by his widow; three sons, Elmer of Princeton, Wilfred of Berlin and Edwin, Fond du Lac; two daughters, Mrs. Lloyd Sauer and Mrs. Keith Walker, both of Ripon; one brother, Richard, Richford; two sisters, Mrs. Henry Schwanke and Mrs. Alvina Boelke, both of Wautoma; 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Richford. The Rev. J. J. Buenting of Richford will officiate. Burial will be in the Richford Cemetery.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. Thursday at Butzin Funeral Home, Ripon.
