William Rheppard was born on October 27, 1866 in Pennsylvania. His father George b1832 was 34 and his mother Elizabeth Boop Rheppard was 30. He married Elizabeth F Stephens Whartenby on June 11, 1899 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Being a widow this was her 2nd marriage. They had one child George during their marriage, unfortunately he died in an accident with a train in 1928. In 1913 William was living in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania when a devastating storm furiously slammed the Great Lakes causing great devastation. He remarried after the death of Elizabeth in 1925 to Isabella Greer. He passed away on May 24, 1950 in Pennsylvania, at the age of 83 and was buried in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
