Nancy Phipps, age 71 of Garland, TX, passed away June 6, 2014. She was born April 21, 1943, in Luella, TX, to Charles and Ione (Dodson) Sisemore. Nancy was a resident of Garland for over 50 years, where she was a faithful member of Northlake Baptist Church and worked in cafeteria service of the Garland ISD.
Nancy is survived by her sons: Darrel Phipps of Arlington, TX, and Brady Phipps and wife Sandra of Plano, TX; brother: Charlie Sisemore of Pottsboro, TX; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Billy Waford Phipps in 2002.
