Mr. Albert "Hoghead" Kirk, Jr.

Funeral services for Albert Kirk, Jr., 60, formerly of Opelika, AL will be Saturday, January 21, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at Greater Peace Missionary Baptist Church in Opelika, AL, with burial in Garden Hill Cemetery, Rev. Clifford E. Jones, officiating.
Mr. Kirk, who passed away Saturday, January 14, 2006 at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C., was born in Opelika, AL on September 19, 1945.
Albert Kirk graduated from the J. W. Darden High School Class of ‘66. He attended Federal City College of Washington, D.C.
The body will be in the church one hour prior to the service.
Survivors include: wife, Andrea J. Kirk of Atlanta, GA; four children, Alleesha Kirk of Washington, D.C., Kyethea "Katie" Kirk, Andrew Kirk and Alice Kirk all of Atlanta, GA; a grandchild, Riki M. Kirk of Washington, D.C.; four sisters, Catherine Kirk of Opelika, AL, E. Jean Cobb-Kirk of Anchorage, Alaska, Evelyn (James) Weaver of Hardaway, AL, and Delores K. Turner of Winston Salem, NC; one aunt, Kellie Summers; a great aunt, Odessa Scott; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
