She was born on Jan. 20, 1923 in Breathitt County, Ky., to Albert and Sally Herald Hall. She married Raymond Brown in 1942 and he preceded her in death in 2001.
Brown was retired from Olin Corp., known as Orion Safety Products near Mexico. She enjoyed working puzzles and spending time with her grandkids.
Survivors include a son, Charles R. Brown and wife Vernita, Lewisburg; a grandson, Bradly R. Brown, Logansport; a granddaughter, Kelly Lynn Stephenson and husband, Chuck, Logansport; a step-grandson, Dillon Birt and wife Becky, Brown County; great-grandchildren Shae, Tara, Eric, Bo, Blake, Zack and T.J.; and a great-great-granddaughter, Jayla.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one brother and five sisters.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, Peru, with Pastor Art Maloney officiating.
Burial will follow at Ever-Rest Memorial Park, Cass County.
